Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Deputy Manager at Vintage Inns to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and deliver memorable hospitality.

You will mentor your team, drive guest care, and help achieve our business targets while maintaining the warm, countryside pub atmosphere Vintage Inns is known for.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Guest-focused hospitality mindset and a role model for development.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the White Lion, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget. Join us at Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs.
