Sterling Cross Trading LLP is hiring a Clinical Deputy Home Manager for a warm care home in Doncaster. You will support the day-to-day running and lead nursing teams to maintain high standards of clinical care and positive resident outcomes.
The role provides on-site parking, development opportunities, and a welcome bonus, with additional benefits such as NMC fees reimbursed and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience in a nursing home environment.
- Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or similar leadership level within a nursing home.

- Registered Nurse (RN Mental Health or RN Learning Disabilities) with current NMC registration
- Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
- Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
- Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
