Sterling Cross Trading LLP in Aberdeen is seeking a Deputy Nursing Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a nursing home. You will oversee clinical standards, support staff, and contribute to delivering high-quality resident care.

Suitable candidates are experienced Clinical Leads or Senior Nurses with RN Adult or Mental Health registration (NMC). This role offers leadership development and a modern refurbished home with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration.
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment.
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home.

A well-established care provider is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Deputy Nursing Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a nursing home in Aberdeen.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse looking to develop their leadership skills and progress into a wider management role.

The home has recently undergone refurbishment, offering a modern, comfortable environment with high-quality facilities for residents and staff alike.

You will play an important role in supporting staff, overseeing clinical standards and contributing to the smooth and effective running of the home.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
