Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a welcoming nursing home in Darlington. You will lead nursing teams, maintain high standards of clinical care and promote positive outcomes for residents.

You must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, with leadership experience in a nursing home, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Must be Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a nursing home environment.
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or similar leadership level within a nursing home.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; role not eligible for visa sponsorship.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
