Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd. seeks a Deputy Nursing Home Manager in Glasgow to join a well-established care provider offering modern facilities and dedicated nursing, dementia and respite care. You will lead clinical teams, ensure high standards of care, and support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are RNs with current NMC registration and prior nursing home leadership experience. UK Right to Work is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration.
• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment.
• Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or similar leadership level within a nursing home.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

About You
