Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP near Bridlington is seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a purpose-built care home offering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care, close to the coast.

You will oversee clinical care, support staff, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver a person-centred lifestyle for residents. A current NMC registration and leadership experience are required; on-site parking is available. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in a nursing home environment.
Leadership experience at Clinical Lead/Unit Manager/Senior Nurse level within a nursing home.
Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship.

About You:

Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration

Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
