Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to support day-to-day operation of a Doncaster care home. You will lead nursing teams, uphold high clinical standards and drive positive outcomes for residents.
The role requires an RN with current NMC registration and prior nursing home leadership experience. On-site parking and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

- Registered Nurse (RN Adult or Mental Health) with current NMC registration
- Previous experience working in a nursing home environment
- Experience at Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Senior Nurse or a similar leadership level within a nursing home
- Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
