You will lead staff, manage operations in the manager's absence, and support the development of young people. Ideal candidates will have two years of relevant experience and a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Qualifications

• Two years experience working in a Children’s Home.
• Knowledge and experience gained in a supervisory role in a Children’s Home.
• Prepared to work early, late and night shifts on a rota basis.
