The Deputy Headteacher will provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring the school meets its aims and operates within its strategic guidelines. The role focuses on achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining high standards across education, care, and clinical programs.
Napier School is a new primary school for pupils with autism and complex needs, part of Options Autism and Outcomes First Group, dedicated to providing a structured, nurturing environment with a rich curriculum.
