We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and contribute to the continued success of our school. • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
• Is ready to take on significant responsibilities, including deputizing for the Headteacher when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Headteacher in shaping the strategic direction of the school, setting high expectations and a clear focus on pupil achievement.
• Lead, manage, and develop key areas of the school in line with school policy and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to the school's self-evaluation and improvement planning processes.
• Ensure the effective implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, governors, parents, and the wider community.
