Job Title: Deputy Headteacher
Location: Napier School, Farnborough, GU14 6EF
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start: September 2025

The opportunity
The Deputy Headteacher will provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring it meets its aims and objectives and operates within the overall strategy and guidelines. Key objectives include achieving outstanding outcomes for Children and Young People, ensuring a safe environment, and fostering a motivated staff group committed to excellence and professional development.
Napier School, part of Options Autism, is a new primary school for pupils with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in Farnborough. We aim to provide a structured, nurturing, and engaging curriculum to help pupils excel. With over 16 years of experience, Options Autism is a leading provider in this sector, committed to innovative approaches and excellent outcomes.

You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, as part of the 4-Day Working Week trial. This is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
