The PWR team is delighted to be recruiting a highly experienced and compassionate SEN Deputy Headteacher for a well-regarded inclusive school in Harrow. As SEN Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher and SENCo to develop and implement the school's SEND strategy, oversee provision for students with EHC plans, and lead staff training related to SEND. You will manage a team of teaching assistants and specialists, foster strong relationships with parents, and liaise with external agencies to secure the best outcomes for students.
We seek a dynamic and proactive leader with a deep understanding of SEND legislation and best practices. The ability to inspire and empower staff and students is essential.
