Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Deputy General Manager (Fixed Term 12 months) to steer strategic hotel initiatives while directing day-to-day operations through a motivated team. You will partner with the General Manager to deliver a consistently memorable guest experience and uphold brand standards across the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests’ feedback and surveys
• Lead from the front and get stuck in – you’re the face of the hotel operation
• Regularly inspect rooms to ensure our product is to brand standard
• Mentor team members in your hotel, who are undertaking in-house Learning & Development programmes in support of their career
• Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
• Host weekly operations meetings to discuss events and groups – you’ll liaise with the Meetings & Events team to ensure your hotel is ready to deliver
