You’ll set targets, lead from the front, mentor staff through in-house development, and collaborate with HR on engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Set guest satisfaction targets and monitor feedback.
• Lead from the front as the face of hotel operations.

• Mentor team members undertaking in-house Learning & Development programmes.
• Collaborate with local HR to host engaging activities for the team.
• Host weekly operations meetings with Meetings & Events to ensure readiness.
