Olive Recruit is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a team delivering high-acuity care for individuals with complex needs in Midlands. You will supervise shifts, ensure safe staffing levels and implement care and PBS plans while managing risks and incidents.

You will use de-escalation and crisis management skills to support staff and residents, ensuring safeguarding and least restrictive practice across all operations.

Formación

• Experience in complex care with behaviours that challenge.
• Proven ability to lead teams in 3:1/4:1/5:1 packages.
• Strong de-escalation and crisis management skills.
• Experience with PBS plans, risk assessments and care plans.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and least restrictive practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support staff during shifts.
• Ensure safe staffing and effective deployment.
• Follow care plans, PBS plans and risk assessments.
• Recognise triggers and support de-escalation.
• Lead teams during challenging incidents and ensure proper authorisation.
