Job summary

Bestway Group is hiring a Cleaning Operative to maintain cleanliness across our depot and support a busy environment. You will be on your feet all day, following cleaning plans to keep toilets, kitchens and high-use areas in top condition, while delivering good customer service.

The role is physically demanding and requires a proactive, flexible approach to hours and duties. Competitive hourly rate plus pension and annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning duties in a depot or similar environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all areas both customer facing and staff facing are clean and tidy at all times
• Following a cleaning plan to ensure toilets, kitchens and high use areas are ready for use at all times
• Ensuring our customers receive the best possible service
• Other depot tasks as required
