Hi Vis Hire Ltd in Reading is seeking a proactive Depot Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy depot, handling admin tasks, stock movements and visitor reception. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure Health & Safety compliance while coordinating third‑party servicing and MOTs.

Qualifikationen

• Strong admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in construction, hire or manufacturing.
• Confident with Microsoft Office.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and within a team.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
• Generate and process delivery/collection notes via Insphire
• Log damages and process customer charges for returned assets
• Welcome visitors and ensure Health & Safety compliance
• Coordinate van MOTs, servicing and repairs with third‑party providers
• Provide updates on stock availability and movements
• Manage depot stock transfers in and out
• Support other depots during admin absence
• Improve systems and processes to boost depot efficiency
