Job summary

KCP Network in Bracknell is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to keep shipments, stock, and site logistics running smoothly. Based at Duke House, you’ll work closely with engineers and the finance team to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate goods receipts, and well-organised stock.

This role offers training toward deployment-focused projects and a clear path to leadership, with three areas of development: project management, management and leadership, and warehouse knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse management experience.
• Experience with SAP for stock control and goods receipting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of shipments, tracking outgoing/incoming items and delivery issues.
• Liaise with couriers and logistics partners and ensure on-time dispatches.
• Keep stock movements in SAP up to date and support stock takes.
• Coordinate small UK jobs and align engineers’ travel and accommodation.
• Look after fleet coordination and facilities needs at Duke House.
