We're looking for a hands-on, practical Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team at Duke House, Bracknell, keeping deployments and deliveries running smoothly across the business.
This is a practical, hands-on role at the heart of our logistics and project support operation. You'll make sure shipments go out and come in on time, materials are properly logged, and the warehouse stays organised — working closely with engineers and the wider team. It's a great foundation for someone who wants to build toward more deployment-focused project work over time, with training and support provided along the way.

This role is a foundation for building toward more deployment-focused work over time. Handling shipments, logistics, and small UK projects builds the knowledge base needed for that — and training is provided project-by-project, so the goal isn't just handling what comes in, but learning to spot things early, suggest improvements, and help build better processes as you go.
Training will be arranged across three areas:
This role sits close to the ground — you'll work daily with our field engineers to keep them stocked and site-ready, with suppliers and couriers to keep shipments moving, and with Finance/Accounts to keep stock costs and paperwork accurate. As the team grows you'll also help train and hand over day-to-day warehouse tasks to a Warehouse Assistant, once that role is in place.
Hands‑on, organised and commercially minded — someone who's just as comfortable getting stuck into physical warehouse work as coordinating a supplier purchase order. You take ownership without being asked twice, spot issues before they become problems, and want to keep building your project management and leadership skills as the role grows.
