About the Role

About KCP Network

Founded in 2008, KCP is a leading provider of smart technology and telecommunications solutions, specialising in IT solutions, innovative automation and renewable energy. Over the past 18 years we've built a reputation for excellence, serving over 2,000 businesses across 40 countries. Our modular solutions help businesses run more efficiently, reduce their environmental impact and reach their full potential — and our vision is to set new standards in smart technology for the global hospitality industry.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, practical Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team at Duke House, Bracknell, keeping deployments and deliveries running smoothly across the business.

This is a practical, hands-on role at the heart of our logistics and project support operation. You'll make sure shipments go out and come in on time, materials are properly logged, and the warehouse stays organised — working closely with engineers and the wider team. It's a great foundation for someone who wants to build toward more deployment-focused project work over time, with training and support provided along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Shipments & Logistics

  • Own the coordination of shipments — tracking what's going out, what's coming in, and resolving any delivery issues and dealing with direct shipments from the supplier to the site
  • Liaise with couriers and logistics partners
  • Make sure deployment equipment and materials are packed, dispatched, and delivered on time
  • Coordinate supplier purchases and purchase orders with a commercially aware approach — ordering correctly first time, avoiding unnecessary cost, and planning ahead for lead times

Goods Receipting

  • Ensure all incoming materials and hardware are properly goods-receipted, promptly and accurately
  • Flag any discrepancies between what's ordered and what's received

Warehouse & SAP

  • Act as the accountable owner of warehouse governance
  • Keep stock movements in SAP up to date — issuing, returns, and adjustments — so stock balances stay accurate
  • Support the periodic stock take process
  • Maintain uniform and PPE stock, including issuing, sizing/allocation records, and tracking returns for leavers and damaged items

Small UK One-Off Projects

  • Own coordination of small, one-off UK jobs (i.e. not the larger deployment rollouts)
  • Prepare and align engineers' job sheets with site requirements, travel, and accommodation
  • Act as the main point of contact for these jobs from start to finish

Fleet & Facilities

  • Look after fleet coordination — vehicle checks, servicing, handovers
  • Support day-to-day facilities needs at Duke House
Growth & Development

This role is a foundation for building toward more deployment-focused work over time. Handling shipments, logistics, and small UK projects builds the knowledge base needed for that — and training is provided project-by-project, so the goal isn't just handling what comes in, but learning to spot things early, suggest improvements, and help build better processes as you go.

Training will be arranged across three areas:

  • Project management — to help plan, coordinate, and deliver small UK jobs and project work with more structure and confidence
  • Management & leadership — to build the skills needed to put good systems in place, including training and handing over tasks as the team grows
  • Warehouse knowledge — building on SAP, stock control, and process fundamentals
Who You'll Work With

This role sits close to the ground — you'll work daily with our field engineers to keep them stocked and site-ready, with suppliers and couriers to keep shipments moving, and with Finance/Accounts to keep stock costs and paperwork accurate. As the team grows you'll also help train and hand over day-to-day warehouse tasks to a Warehouse Assistant, once that role is in place.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate shipments, engineers, and site logistics with minimal delays
  • Comfort working with systems like SAP for stock control (training provided if needed)
  • A practical, hands‑on approach to warehouse management, health & safety, and security
  • Good communication skills — engineers, suppliers, and our finance team all rely on this role
  • A commercially aware mindset when it comes to purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Someone keen to grow into more project management and leadership responsibility over time
You'll Thrive in This Role If You're

Hands‑on, organised and commercially minded — someone who's just as comfortable getting stuck into physical warehouse work as coordinating a supplier purchase order. You take ownership without being asked twice, spot issues before they become problems, and want to keep building your project management and leadership skills as the role grows.

What Success Looks Like
  • Shipments arrive and depart on time, with minimal avoidable delays
  • Goods receipting is done promptly, so stock records stay accurate
  • SAP stock balances reflect what's actually in the warehouse
  • Small UK jobs are well‑coordinated, with engineers set up for site, travel, and accommodation
  • The warehouse is secure, organised, and meets health & safety standards
  • Finance/Accounts are happy with how stock, costs, and paperwork are handled
  • Engineers and colleagues have what they need, when they need it
Benefits
  • Competitive salary, depending on experience
  • 30 days holiday, including Bank Holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Life & leadership coaching
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Free on‑site parking, when available
  • Bright Exchange perks and discounts
  • Bracknell BID perks and discounts
