Job summary

KCP Network is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager for Duke House, Bracknell, to oversee shipments, goods receipting, and SAP-based stock control. This role supports deployment work and small UK projects while coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and finance.

You’ll grow into more deployment-focused project management, with training across project planning, leadership, and warehouse fundamentals. A practical, organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills to coordinate shipments, engineers, and site logistics with minimal delays.
• Comfort working with SAP for stock control and accurate stock records.
• Excellent communication with engineers, suppliers, and finance teams.
• Commercially aware mindset when purchasing and coordinating suppliers.
• Willingness to grow into more project management and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of shipments - track outgoing/incoming items and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure goods receipting is prompt and accurate; flag discrepancies between orders and receipts.
• Keep SAP stock movements up to date and support periodic stock takes and inventory controls.
• Coordinate small UK one-off projects and align engineers’ job sheets with site requirements.
• Look after fleet coordination and support day-to-day facilities needs at Duke House.
