Job summary

PRACYVA is seeking a deployment specialist to manage Windows imaging, SCCM workflows, and asset handover across UK sites. You will drive trials, wave-based rollouts, and hypercare with precision and strong documentation.

This long-term onsite role requires coordinating with client teams and adhering to governance and deployment processes to ensure successful handover and BAU readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM deployment and imaging.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale device rollouts across sites.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience in hypercare support and issue triage.

Responsibilities

• Attend project kick-off and confirm roles, governance, and escalation routes.
• Execute a controlled Trial deployment using Image and sequences.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, and logistics for device distribution.
• Provide first-line hypercare support for deployed users.
• Maintain end-to-end deployment records and asset handover.
• Produce deployment reports on progress, risks and outputs.
• Coordinate with Client EUC teams on provisioning scope.
