• Explain processes and treatment options to patients, and assist with payments and options (private vs NHS).
• Maintain accurate patient records and keep the reception area professional.
• Handle concerns and complaints professionally, aiming for a positive outcome.
• Support clinicians with smooth handovers and the patient journey from reception to treatment.
