Job summary

The Dental Design Studio in Lowestoft is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to welcome patients, manage appointments, and support the clinical team.

You should have at least 2 years' reception experience, excellent English, and remain calm under pressure; duties include handling payments, answering queries, and promoting the practice. Working hours are five days per week, with some evening cover, and a competitive salary will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in reception (medical/dental preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Able to work five days per week including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and provide a great first impression.
• Book and amend appointments and handle queries by phone/email/in person.
• Open/close the practice and manage payments with confidentiality.
