Job summary

mydentist Thetford is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our on-site team. You will warmly welcome patients, handle phone enquiries and help keep the front desk running smoothly to support the dental team.

In this role you’ll manage appointments, provide clear information tailored to each customer, and assist with daily administrative tasks while maintaining a calm, patient-focused environment. Experience in customer service is helpful, training provided.
