Job summary

The Dental Design Studio in Cromer is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist to join our dental practice. The role is full time over 5 working days including Saturday, with responsibilities such as meeting and greeting patients, booking and amending appointments, and supporting the Practice Manager for smooth daily operations.

We value excellent communication, a calm and professional manner, and the ability to work well both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression.

• Handling payments and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team for smooth operation.
• Other reception/admin duties.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist to join our fantastic Dental Practice in Cromer.

Our receptionists (who are also our Practice Ambassadors) play a vital role in the day to day running of our businesses and therefore we are looking for someone who is highly motivated in delivering exceptional, first class customer service.

Our receptionists must be able to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide a positive, memorable experience for our patients. The role is full time over 5 working days including Saturday.

Previous experience:

We are looking for someone who has had at least 1 years previous experience of working in a reception setting (preferably medical or dental), applications from qualified dental nurses are also welcomed.
