Job summary

The Dental Design Studio in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a friendly full-time Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, manage appointments and handle payments, ensuring a smooth, welcoming visit.

We value 1–2 years in a reception role (medical or dental preferred). Qualified dental nurses are welcome to apply for a dual role that enhances the practice experience.

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression.

• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Supporting the Practice Manager and the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.

Job description

The Dental Design Studio in Leighton Buzzard require an enthusiastic and friendly full-time Receptionist to join our fantastic team.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday and some Saturdays a month, with exact hours to be confirmed at the interview stage.

Our receptionists play a vital role in the day to day running of our practices, and therefore we are looking for someone who is highly motivated and is confident in delivering exceptional, first-class customer service. Also if you are a Dental Nurse this can be considered as a dual role which enhances your dental practice experience.

Our new receptionist must be able to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide a positive, memorable experience for our patients.

We are looking for someone who has had at least 1-2 years of previous experience of working in a reception setting (preferably medical or dental). Applications from qualified dental nurses are also welcome.
