Job summary

mydentist Bedford is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our central Bedford practice. You will help manage the front desk, welcome patients, schedule appointments and support the smooth running of the reception team.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm with a one hour lunch break. There will be occasional late evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota, and the package includes benefits such as holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience is required.
• Confident in leading by example and supporting the day-to-day running of the reception team.

Responsibilities

• Manage diary and appointments to optimise the front desk workflow.
• Book appointments and support efficient running of the practice.
• Provide a high quality patient experience and be part of a caring, patient-focused team.
