Job summary

Together Dental is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Daventry practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and guiding their visit from booking to payment.

The role involves diary management, queries, and accurate records, with a focus on GDPR-compliant admin support and a high standard of patient care. In a busy clinic environment, you’ll collaborate with clinicians and the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding patient

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage appointments and maintain diaries.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Manage appointments and clinicians' diaries.
• Answer calls and respond to email enquiries.
• Assist patients with bookings and queries.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR.
• Process payments and handle daily transactions.
• Support day-to-day reception operations.
• Collaborate with clinical/admin teams to ensure great patient experience.
• Carry out general admin duties as required.
