Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners Banbury Dental Practice on 35 High Street is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the welcoming face for patients. You’ll manage appointments, maintain accurate records, process payments and support the team to deliver excellent patient care.

You’ll work with dentists and nurses in a supportive environment, with opportunities for training and progression across our growing network of over 220 practices nationwide. A positive, patient-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Attention to detail & good IT skills for handling bookings and records
• A team player who thrives on helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
• Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
• Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
