Job summary

Bupa Dental Care invites applications for a Practice Manager in Taunton. This role is a leadership position overseeing a team of 7-15 staff, with responsibility for delivering excellent patient care, achieving income targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will have autonomy to run the practice day-to-day and influence future planning within a growing healthcare business. The successful candidate will lead recruitment, marketing, diary management and treatment planning, while driving

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams and delivering patient-focused care.
• Ability to drive income targets through recruitment, marketing, and diary management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage 7–15 staff.
• Familiarity with CQC requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading patient care in the practice.
• Review and plan to meet income targets for the practice.
• Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Collaborate to drive business priorities and marketing of the practice.
• Proactively market the practice to increase patient numbers.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and regulations as registered manager.
• Oversee recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
• Utilise Bupa products to maximise revenue.
