Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Luton is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a 7-surgery mixed practice, including orthodontics and implants. The role covers day-to-day ownership, financial targets, recruitment, and patient-focused care in a busy London-area setting.

The successful candidate will motivate a team, drive marketing efforts to increase patient numbers, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a dental or clinical practice is preferred.
• Experience leading a team of 7–15 staff is desirable.
• Ability to drive revenue and marketing initiatives within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care and service in the practice.
• Review, monitor and plan for income targets and business performance.
• Motivate and lead a team of 7–15 colleagues.
• Collaborate to drive business priorities and patient numbers.
• Recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
• Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory guidelines.
