Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC) and compliance.
• Proven ability to drive practice income and patient recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading patient care in the practice.
• Plan and monitor income targets including recruitment, marketing, and diary management.
• Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7–15 colleagues.
• Collaborate to drive business priorities and revenue growth.
• Proactively market the practice to increase patient numbers.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulations as registered manager.
• Oversee recruitment and selection for all staff.
• Utilize Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone and Microsoft Teams.
