Bupa Dental Care is hiring a Practice Manager for the Sidmouth practice. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of 7–15 colleagues, and drive business growth while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires autonomy to plan for the practice's future, with involvement in recruitment, marketing, and compliance with CQC guidelines. The position is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dental or healthcare teams is desirable.
• Ability to drive income targets and manage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Comfort with recruitment, marketing, and patient engagement strategies.
