Job summary

Bedale Dental Practice, part of the Envisage Dental Group, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a five-surgery site with autonomy and clear progression. You’ll drive growth, oversee budgeted performance and mentor a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous dental practice management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing KPIs.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Confidence managing budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Experience improving diary utilisation, patient conversion and practice growth.
• Knowledge of CQC, compliance and dental regulatory requirements.

What will you be responsible for?

As Practice Manager / Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the practice’s operational, commercial and people performance.

Your role will include:

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager, Business Manager or operational leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous dental practice management or equivalent leadership experience
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing KPIs
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams
• Confidence managing budgets, costs and financial performance
• Experience improving diary utilisation, patient conversion and practice growth
• Knowledge of CQC, compliance and dental regulatory requirements
• Experience with SOE, Exact or similar dental practice management systems
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• The confidence to make decisions and take accountability for results

Above all, you’ll be commercially driven, people-focused and proactive, with the ability to motivate a team and identify opportunities to improve practice performance.
