Bupa Dental Care Princes Risborough is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our six-surgery practice. This role oversees NHS and private treatments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent patient care.

You will drive performance, lead a team of 7–15, manage recruitment and compliance, and foster a positive patient experience in a modern, patient-centred environment.

• Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Full-time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our friendly and established team at Bupa Dental Care Princes Risborough.

Our modern practice has six surgeries and offers a mix of NHS and private treatments, including oral surgery and dental implants. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting the team to deliver excellent patient care and driving operational performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated practice manager who is passionate about leading teams, creating a positive patient experience, and supporting the continued success of the practice.

• Confidence in using computer software’s and communication via emails/telephone/Microsoft teams
• Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other business settings
