Bedale Dental Practice, part of the Envisage Dental Group, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a five-surgery site with autonomy and clear progression. You’ll drive growth, oversee budgeted performance and mentor a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous dental practice management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing KPIs.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Confidence managing budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Experience improving diary utilisation, patient conversion and practice growth.
• Knowledge of CQC, compliance and dental regulatory requirements.

• Leading, coaching and developing the practice team.
• Managing practice performance, KPIs and financial results.
• Driving growth, patient retention and diary utilisation.
• Managing budgets, costs and resources.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
• Working closely with clinicians to achieve business and patient-care objectives.

• Maintaining high clinical, operational and compliance standards.
• Creating a positive and accountable team culture.
• Ensuring an exceptional patient journey from first contact through ongoing care.
