Resourcing Group is seeking a Demolition Project Manager to join a demolition contractor covering the south area in the United Kingdom. The role requires an background in demolition with tickets such as CCDO and SMSTS, and involves overseeing site teams, trades, safety, and programming to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will manage a small crew, including machine drivers, supervise stripping and removal of internals, and handle associated paperwork while maintaining strong client

Job description

Demolition Project Manager required to join demolition contractor for projects covering the south area. The Demolition Project Manager will ideally have a CCDO ticket, SMSTS etc and come from a demolition background / experience. Demolition Project Manager duties to include but not limited to: overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, programming, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork. overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks. The Demolition Project Manager role is permanent and will come with salary and package
