Job summary

Caddy Group Limited seeks a CCDO Project Manager to deliver demolition contracts safely, efficiently and commercially from pre-start to completion. This hands-on role requires strong demolition knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects, site teams and client relationships.

Essential requirements: valid CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card; at least 2 years in a demolition management role and 5 years in the demolition industry; full UK driving licence; willingness to travel to sites

Caddy Group are looking for a CCDO Project Manager to join our growing client. the successful candidate will take responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially effective delivery of demolition contracts from pre-start through to completion. This is a hands‑on management role requiring strong demolition knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships.

Essential Requirements

• A valid CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card
• A minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a demolition management role
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within the demolition industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of demolition methods, sequencing and site operations
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements within the demolition industry
• Experience managing demolition site teams and subcontractors
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability and willingness to travel to sites throughout, Kent, London, Essex and Surrey.
