Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the Chef de Partie with preparing, cooking and presenting rosette-standard food. You will develop skills across the kitchen and learn from experienced chefs in a quality, rosette-setting.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen brigade to maintain high standards, while building confidence and experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment.
• A genuine passion for food and ethically sourced produce, with pride in every dish you help deliver.
• Good organisation and timekeeping skills, with the ability to support the preparation of your section ready for service.
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility as your experience grows.
• The ability to work well under pressure and be a positive, reliable team player.

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of rosette-standard dishes.
• Support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen brigade to maintain high standards and ensure service runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing?

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality, rosette-standard food. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across the kitchen, bringing your passion, creativity and enthusiasm to the team while learning from our experienced chefs.

You’ll play an important part in maintaining the high standards our guests expect, while continuing to build your confidence and experience within a quality kitchen environment.

What you’ll need?

The successful candidate for the role of Demi Chef de Partie will be professional, enthusiastic and passionate about producing high-quality, Rosette-standard food.
