Responsibilities

• Be responsible for delivering outstanding dishes per the standards indicated by the Head Chef.
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
• Assist the Head Chef in promoting and managing the criteria for AA Rosette Standards.
