Iconic Hotels & Resorts is seeking a capable Chef de Partie for 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse, London. You will assist the Head Chef during service, ensuring timing and progression of all dishes, while maintaining high standards of presentation, taste and quantity across your section.

You will own your creations with passion, uphold strict health and food safety standards, keep the kitchen spotless, and support colleagues to grow and learn in a busy, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Assist the Head Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes.
• Take ownership to ensure presentation, taste, texture and quantity meet company standards.
• Take ownership of your creations, showing passion and pride for all dishes in your section.
• Be aware of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards; perform due diligence checks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene; ensure your section and the kitchen are spotless and well maintained.
• Be a team player, eager to learn and help others develop, sharing knowledge and pride in hospitality.

Responsibilities
