Stamford Bridge Hotel, operated by The Ascott Limited, invites applications for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a Chelsea Football Club-adjacent operation. As a Demi Chef De Partie You Will

• Be responsible for delivering outstanding dishes per the standards indicated by the Head Chef

• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas

Successful Demi Chef De Partie Have

• Excellent organisation skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
