Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones

I am recruiting for my organisation, a global industrial manufacturing business. We are looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated programs, and managing global campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for our end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targets across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team to create paid search and social strategies, working on messaging, images, CTAs, and landing pages to optimize the customer journey and meet KPIs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into communication briefs for internal and external creative teams, ensuring messaging resonates with end users, partners, and sales teams.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and expectations, working with global and regional leaders and teams.
• Lead global reporting for the top 12 countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics.
• Support campaign performance reviews and share learnings across teams.
• Work closely with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience in creative brief writing, project and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI setting and performance tracking using tools like Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Eloqua (nice to have).
