Platinum Recruitment is currently assisting a deluxe boutique hotel in Pitlochry to find a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The role offers live-in accommodation and a salary of £30,000 per year, with 29 days holidays and meals on duty.

You will support the Sous Chef in food preparation and service, upholding the highest standards, maintaining clean and well-organised work areas, and contributing to menu ideas and delivery with focus and care.
