Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a 5-star boutique hotel in Ballater to recruit a Chef de Partie. You will join a skilled team in fine dining and banqueting, preparing meals and supporting service.

The role offers a 48-hour contract with overtime paid at the hotel rate, live-in accommodation, and generous staff benefits including tips, holidays, pension, health plan, and staff discounts.

Competenze

• Experience in similar role in fine dining is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with high standards.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparation of meals and mise en place for service.
