Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a deluxe boutique hotel in Pitlochry to recruit a Chef de Partie. You will join a skilled brigade and work under a newly appointed Exec Head Chef on a relaunch of the food offering, delivering high standards across service periods.

In this role you will assist the Sous Chef with food preparation and service, while keeping kitchen areas spotless. The package includes live-in accommodation, 29 days holiday, and development opportunities.

What’s involved?

In this role you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Additionally, you will ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the highest standards.

In addition to this you can expect to be focus led on helping the team in all aspects of the food delivery & menu creation without being overworked.
