Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a deluxe boutique hotel in Pitlochry to recruit a Chef de Partie. In this role you will support the Sous Chef in preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

You will help keep the kitchen clean and well-organised, and benefit from a competitive salary of £30,000 plus live-in accommodation and staff benefits in a supportive team.
