Job summary

Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Project and Delivery Tools Officer to maximise the value of the tools that support project delivery and portfolio management across the organisation. You will be the go-to expert for our delivery tooling and help teams use Planview/KeyedIn effectively.

You'll work with DT&D to improve processes, maintain high-quality data, create training, and measure the impact of tooling improvements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or improving project delivery tooling.
• Strong understanding of project, programme or portfolio delivery environments, including Agile.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of our project delivery and portfolio management tooling (Planview/KeyedIn).
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues across DT&D.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption, consistency and user experience.
