Job summary

Co-op Digital in Manchester is seeking a Project and Delivery Tools Officer to lead the administration and continuous improvement of our project delivery and portfolio management tooling, currently Planview/KeyedIn, while shaping future tooling.

You will support teams, build training materials, improve adoption, and help data quality for reporting and forecasting, with hybrid working between home and office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or improving project delivery tooling
• Understanding of project, programme or portfolio delivery environments including Agile
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data, reporting or MI to support decision-making
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to implement practical solutions
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation based on business value
• Passion for learning, sharing knowledge and helping others succeed

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of our project delivery and portfolio management tooling, currently Planview/KeyedIn
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to colleagues across DT&D
• Act as a trusted adviser to project, programme and delivery teams, helping them identify effective tooling usage
• Create and maintain training materials, guidance and onboarding resources
• Work with user groups to improve adoption, consistency and user experience
• Help measure value delivered through tooling improvements using data and insights
• Maintain high-quality data supporting reporting, forecasting and decision-making
• Analyse feedback and business needs to identify improvement opportunities and inform future development
• Support convergence of project and product tooling across the organisation
