Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Portfolio Tooling Manager within the PPMO to own the tooling vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of Planview across Finance Change and Enabling Functions Technology portfolios. The role focuses on delivering value to sponsors and end users through effective backlog management, platform enhancements and adoption initiatives.

You will act as the primary Product Owner for Planview, driving requirements, managing releases and ensuring data governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience administering, configuring and enhancing Planview or similar PPM/portfolio platforms.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs with stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Portfolio Tooling product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned to PPMO priorities.
• Act as Product Owner for Planview, prioritising the platform backlog based on value, risk and feedback.
• Capture requirements from sponsors and end users to identify platform improvements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead releases, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality delivery.
• Develop and implement enhancements and new features to meet evolving needs.
• Manage tooling administration including access, licences, permissions and config.
• Drive adoption, training and stakeholder engagement across portfolios.
